Refunds and Exchanges

Contact us with an image of the reaction, and we will provide instructions for returning the product. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund or offer an exchange for an alternative product.

Non-Eligible Returns

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or personal preferences. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition.

Refunds Process
